Blood pressure, sleep, energy, drive. Weight is where they meet.

An at-home blood test measures what sits underneath: ten markers across your heart, liver, blood sugar and thyroid. Your clinician builds the plan around what it finds, not the other way round.

Premium long-term care, made accessible

Weight is where it starts, not where it ends: excess weight is linked to the conditions that shorten men’s lives.5 HeMed exists to make premium long-term care accessible before the crisis, not after it.

Why is this important?

3.9 years

UK men are killed by coronary heart disease2

32%

How you start, in 3 steps

  1. A man smiling as he reads his phone

    Check

    Check your eligibility

Fill in a short set of online questions so a clinician can check whether treatment may be suitable for you.

  2. A man pressing the at-home blood collection device to his upper arm

    Test

    Take your blood test

Complete your included needle-free blood test to understand your current health.

  3. A man at his front door holding a white delivery box

    Treat

    Receive your treatment

A clinician reviews your blood test first. If they approve treatment, we deliver it the next working day, discreetly packaged, with delivery included in your plan.

Your plan isn’t fixed. Neither is your body.

  • Weekly in-app check-in
  • Clinicians review your care
  • Support for side effects and questions

Support that doesn’t disappear after checkout

Track your progress in the app. Registered clinicians stay involved, reviewing your care, not just your first form.

  1. Baselinetest
  2. 6 monthsretest
  3. 12 monthsretest

Retested, not just re-billed

A retest every 6 months shows what’s actually changing, so your plan adjusts to your body, not your subscription date. Regular review during treatment is what NICE recommends.6

  • Total cholesterol

The overall amount of cholesterol in your blood: the headline number for heart health.

  • LDL cholesterol

The carrier cholesterol that can build up in artery walls. Lower is generally better.

Questions, asked and answered

Short answers to the common questions. For anything else, our support team can help.

Your plan

How does the pricing work?

Choose from a flexible rolling monthly plan or a 3, 6 or 12-month plan with lower monthly prices. Plans are billed every 28 or 30 days depending on your treatment; your exact cycle is shown before you confirm.

Which plan is right for me?

No two people are the same, so we’ve built plans with that in mind. Our 3, 6 or 12-month plans have lower monthly prices and include the same care. If you’d rather keep things flexible while you get started, our rolling monthly plan has no long-term commitment.

What happens if I’m not eligible?

We put your health first. If your blood test shows the plan isn’t suitable for you, we explain why and refund your first payment in full. The terms set out when a refund applies.

Can I cancel at any time?

If you’re on our rolling monthly plan, you can cancel with at least 5 days’ notice before your next payment date. On a 3, 6 or 12-month plan, cancelling early carries a termination fee unless your clinician advises stopping; the exact fee is shown before you confirm. Full details are on our terms and conditions.

What’s included in the plan?

Everything you need is in one place. That includes a needle-free blood test every 6 months, starting from day one, to track your metabolic markers, clinical support for side effects and questions, in-app progress tracking, nutrition guidance, diet and exercise advice, and help from clinicians as your body changes throughout your plan.

The blood test

Why do I need a blood test?

Your at-home blood test shows your clinician the markers that matter for your plan, so decisions are made on your results, and lets you track changes over time, from cardiovascular to liver markers. NICE recommends identifying the health conditions linked to weight at the start and reviewing regularly during treatment; that is what the baseline test and the retest every 6 months are for.6

How does the blood test work?

No needles, no finger pricks and no clinic visit. We use a needle-free blood collection method you can complete at home in minutes. Your kit is included in your plan, along with everything you need, plus step-by-step support from our team if you have any questions.

What does the blood test screen for?

Your test covers key health markers including blood sugar (HbA1c), cardiovascular health, liver function and thyroid function. It’s a focused metabolic health check built into your plan.

Switching to HeMed

Do I have to stop my current treatment while I switch?

Keep taking your current treatment as prescribed. A clinician reviews your health information and your current treatment first, and your HeMed plan is confirmed before anything changes.

Will I have to start from the beginning again?

Your clinician reviews where you are, including your current treatment, and builds your plan from there. What suits you is a clinical decision, made on your results.

What’s included when I switch?

The same plan every member gets: your blood tests, clinical support for side effects and questions, in-app progress tracking, nutrition guidance and delivery, in one monthly price.

Know your numbers. Change them. See the difference.

HeMed starts with a blood test. Take the eligibility check and see if HeMed is right for you.
